látek se stanoví podle následujících zásad: 1. Jde-li o dvě nebo více látek, které působí na týž orgánový systém, předpokládá se, že působí aditivně (účinek se sčítá) pokud nejsou vědecky podložené informace o opaku. Součet poměrů jejich naměřených koncentrací k jejich PEL nebo NPK-P nesmí přesahovat 1: k1 k2 kn ---- + ---- + ....... + ---- <= 1 PEL1 PEL2 PELn k1 k2 kn -------- + -------- + ........ + -------- <= 1 NPK - P1 NPK - P2 NPK - Pn k1 - kn jsou naměřené koncentrace jednotlivých látek PEL1 - PELn jsou stanovené hodnoty PEL jednotlivých látek NPK-P1 - NPK-Pn jsou stanovené hodnoty NPK-P jednotlivých látek 2. Pokud nelze aditivní účinek jednotlivých látek předpokládat, koncentrace žádné složky směsi nesmí překračovat její NPK-P ani PEL. Část C Hodnocení inhalační expozice a strategie měření škodlivin v ovzduší pracovišť 1. Zásady: a) Jestliže v pracovním ovzduší nelze s jistotou vyloučit přítomnost jedné, či více látek v plynné formě nebo jako aerosolu, musí se zhodnotit jejich koncentrace. b) Při tomto hodnocení je třeba zjistit všechny skutečnosti, které mohou být relevantní pro expozici: ba) látky používané nebo vyráběné, bb) technická zařízení a technologické operace, bc) časové a prostorové rozdělení koncentrací látek. c) Limitní hodnota pro chemické látky nebo prach v pracovním ovzduší je dodržena, jestliže hodnocení ukáže, že ji koncentrace ve vzduchu dýchací zóny nepřekračuje. Pokud jsou podklady nedostatečné pro kvalifikované posouzení, zda jsou limitní hodnoty dodrženy, musí být provedeno další šetření a měření. d) Jestliže hodnocení ukáže, že: da) nejsou limitní hodnoty dodrženy, musí být zjištěny důvody, pro které byla limitní hodnota překročena a musí být zavedena co nejrychleji odpovídající opatření pro nápravu situace a hodnocení se musí zopakovat; db) jsou limitní hodnoty dodrženy, musí se podle potřeby v pravidelných intervalech provádět následná měření, aby se potvrdilo, že dosavadní situace stále trvá; čím více se zjištěná hodnota blíží hodnotě limitní, tím častěji se musí měření provádět; dc) nedochází současně k podstatným změnám v podmínkách pracoviště, které by mohly pravděpodobně vést ke změně expozice zaměstnance, může být snížena frekvence kontrol dodržení limitní hodnoty měřením; v takových případech musí být však pravidelně kontrolováno, zda hodnocení vedoucí k tomuto závěru je stále ještě použitelné. e) Jestliže jsou zaměstnanci vystaveni současně nebo následně více než jedné látce, musí být tato skutečnost brána v úvahu při hodnocení zdravotního rizika, jemuž jsou vystaveni. 2. Požadavky na měřicí postupy: a) Postup měření musí dávat o inhalační expozici zaměstnance škodlivinám v pracovním ovzduší reprezentativní výsledky odvozené od časově váženého průměru jejich koncentrací (kp). Výpočet časově váženého průměru koncentrací musí postihnout všechny pracovní operace i veškerou ostatní činnost v průběhu pracovní doby. Průměrnou koncentrací kp se rozumí hodnota vypočtená z naměřených koncentrací k1 kn podle vzorce: k1.t1 + k2.t2 + .....+ kn.tn kp = ---------------------------- t1 + t2 + ........ + tn k1-kn koncentrace v ovzduší získané jednotlivými odběry (měřeními) t1-tn doba trvání jednotlivých odběrů (měření) b) Pro zjištění inhalační expozice zaměstnance na pracovišti, musí se použít tam, kde je to možné, osobní odběr vzorků ovzduší vhodným zařízením, připevněným na těle. Tam, kde skupina zaměstnanců provádí identické nebo podobné úkony na stejném místě a je obdobně exponována, považuje se za reprezentativní pro celou skupinu, je-li odběr prováděn na vybraných zaměstnancích uvnitř této skupiny. Odběry vzorků a měření na pevně stanovených místech (stacionární) se mohou používat, jestliže jejich výsledky umožňují zjistit míru inhalační expozice zaměstnance na pracovišti. Vzorky se musí odebírat ve výšce dýchací zóny a v bezprostřední blízkosti zaměstnanců. c) Postup měření musí odpovídat látce, která má být měřena, jejím limitním hodnotám (PEL, NPK-P) a složení pracovního ovzduší. Výsledek musí být dostatečně spolehlivý s ohledem na limitní hodnoty látky a udán ve stejných jednotkách. d) Jestliže metoda měření není specifická jen pro danou látku, musí být celá naměřená hodnota vztažena na látku, která má být hodnocena. e) Meze stanovitelnosti musí odpovídat nejméně jedné čtvrtině PEL. f) Musí být zajištěna správnost měřicího postupu. U metody musí být zajištěna celková správnost odpovídající odhadu relativní chyby +/- 25%. g) Pro měření musí být použity postupy ověřené v podmínkách praxe.
